  Joululomalla luin syksyllä ilmestynyttä Leena Holstin kirjoittamaa Kansallispuku-kirjaa. Ei kulunut puolta tuntia, kun nukahdin. Tipahdin kärryiltä, kun yritin hahmottaa kalminkin ja kamlotin eroa. Halusin oppia enemmän kansallispuvuista, koska olen niiden ikifani. Kirjaa halaillessani valaistuin taas: miten rikas aarrearkku ja perintö kansallispuvuissamme piilee! Pukumalleja on satoja.
